Spiced Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups baby carrots
1/2 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
Preparation

Steam carrots until tender crisp.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until butter is melted through.
Can be re-heated when ready to serve.
