Baked Mushroom Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs (or 4 eggwhites)
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    125 g low-fat ricotta cheese
    1 tomatoes, chopped
    1 small onion, peeled and chopped
    6 mushrooms, sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, cheese, basil & oregano.
    Add tomato, onion and mushrooms. Season to taste.
    Spoon mixture into buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 25 - 30 minutes.
