Taste Of Fall Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart low-fat plain yogurt
    4 apples
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Peel and core apples. Add all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until the apples are small chunks and easily poured into a glass. I drink these, but there are always lovely apple bits to enjoy.
