Hard Apple Cider Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 1/4 cups unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup molasses
    1 small apple, shredded
    zest of one lemon
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup hard apple cider
Preparation
    Mix the wet and dry ingredients seperately, then combine.
    Bake at 350 for 40 - 50 minutes in a greased cake pan or loaf pan.
