Budwig - Original Dr. Kousmine Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 teaspoons low-fat fromage blanc (substitute fromage frais or quark if not available, low fat versions)
    2 teaspoons linseed oil (flax oil)
    1/2 lemon, juice of
    1 ripe banana, mashed
    honey
    1 -2 teaspoon seeds (high in oils, e.g. linseed, sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, etc.) or 1 -2 teaspoon nuts (high in oils, e.g. linseed, sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, etc.)
    2 teaspoons whole grain cereal (e.g. oats, buckwheat, barley, brown rice, millet)
    fresh seasonal fruit
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat the fromage blanc and linseed/flax oil together with a fork until it forms an emulsion and the linseed oil is no longer \"visible\".
    Add all other ingredients.
    Serve.
    NB: A small coffee grinder can be used to mill/grind the cereals & grains, or a proper cereal mill if you happen to have one. For Kousmine, the ultimate importance was that the grains and cereals be freshly milled, as those purchased already processed have lost much of their nutritional benefits already.
