Alabama Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
    4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped
    2 cups cooked rice
    1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 (3 ounce) package slivered almonds
    1 (5 ounce) can chow mein noodles
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except noodles in a large bowl. Taste and add salt and pepper, to taste.
    Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Uncover and bake at 350 for one hour, or until hot and bubbly.
    Top with noodles; return to oven for 5 minutes.
