Ingredients
    1 lb xtra firm tofu, drained and patted dry with paper towel
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup wheat bran
    1 cup rolled oats
    2 tablespoons garlic powder
    2 tablespoons paprika
    2 tablespoons cumin
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil and thyme
    3 -4 tablespoons beef-like seasoning
    1 tablespoon liquid, amino
    2 -3 tablespoons pimentos, jar, canned, fresh
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a food procesor, no particular order to add ingredients.
    Mix until it becomes a little solid, it should still be a little moist and pliable.
    Scoop out some of the mixture and shape into 4 to 6\" round patties 1/8 - 1/4\" thick.
    Spray pan with a litle vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.
    This will make 6 to 8 patties which can be frozen either already fried or un-fried, if fried all you need to do is microwave them, if not then you will have to fry them before eating.
    This is a very easy and \"super\" tasting vege burger.
