Easy Baked Macaroni & Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb elbow macaroni
    1 cup sour cream
    2 cups small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 cup milk
    1 large egg, beaten
    3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
    Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, milk, egg, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl.
    Gently add noodles and 2 cups of cheddar cheese, mixing lightly.
    Pour into a greased 13\" x 9\" caserole dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
