Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup milk
    2 (15 ounce) cans sliced peaches in light syrup
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9\" x 13\" pan while preheating oven to 350 degrees F.
    Stir sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk together in a bowl.
    Pour mixture over melted butter. DO NOT STIR.
    Pour the two cans peaches, with syrup, on top.
    Bake 1 hour.
