Carribe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

100 g self-raising flour
100 g caster sugar
100 g butter or 100 g margarine
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 drops vanilla essence
2 bananas
10 g dried coconut
10 g sultanas
5 g sliced almonds (optional) or 5 g walnuts (optional)
2 teaspoons honey
50 ml milk (if needed)
Preparation

line a load tin with grease prove paper and put oven on low heat to warm up (150 or gas mark 3).
In a mixer put in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, flour and baking powder mix until mixture is light and smooth, add milk if needed.
By hand fold in fruit and nuts to the cake mixture and add honey.
Add cake mixture prepared cake tin. Make sure mixture is spread evenly then put in oven on low heat for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown and cooked though. Serve either warm or cold.
