Savory Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
    3 -4 roma tomatoes, sliced into rounds (enough for the rounds)
    1 onion, sliced into rings
    thyme
    swiss cheese cut into small rectangular pieces that will fit the French baguette
    sage leaf
    olive oil
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Place your sliced onions into a skillet with a little bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and saute them until they are nicely caramelized. Set them aside when done.
    Arrange your sliced baguette's onto a baking sheet.
    Place the sliced Roma Tomatoes on top of baguettes.
    Now place the caramelized onions on top of the tomatoes.
    Sprinkle a little bit of Thyme onto the onions.
    Now the Swiss Cheese on top.
    Place 1 Sage leaf on top of the Swiss Cheese.
    Drizzle Olive Oil over all of the assembled baguettes.
    Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is brown and bubbly or place under broiler for a few minutes.
    When done sprinkle a little salt and pepper over it all and enjoy.
