Maple Glazed Salmon [ Or Trout ] - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup maple syrup
5 teaspoons grainy mustard
5 teaspoons soy sauce
2 lbs salmon

Preparation

In a small bowl combine ingredients but not salmon.
Arrange salmon on a foil lined baking sheet.
Spoon glaze over fish.
Bake on centre rack for 15 - 20 minutes at 425\u00b0F.
