Roasted Moose - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 lbs moose roast
    1 cup vinegar or 1 cup white wine
    1 cup water
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Marinate moose over night in 1 C water and 1 C vinegar.
    Season with black pepper and salt.
    Bake 3 1/2 -4 hours at 325 degrees.
