Hot Butterscotch Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ounces brown sugar
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1 1/2 ounces butter
1/8 pint evaporated milk
Preparation

Melt all the ingredients slowly (apart from the evaporated milk).
Once melted add the evaporated milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately once cooked.
