Avocado-Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 navel oranges, segmented
    3 tablespoons orange juice
    2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 head red leaf lettuce, torn (large)
    1 avocado, peeled, pitted & thinly sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine orange juice, white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
    In a seperate bowl, lightly toss segmented oranges, red leaf lettuce, and avocado.
    Pour vinegar dressing over all.
    Enjoy.
