Mozzarella, Spinach, And Tomato Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 tablespoon water
    1 cup fresh spinach leaves
    1 cup plum tomato, diced
    1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 of a whole wheat light English muffin, toasted
    nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
    Heat a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat.
    Whisk egg whites with water. Add the whisked eggs and allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add spinach, tomatoes, and cheese and fold over into an omelet.
    Allow to cook for 2 to 3 additional minutes.
    Serve with toasted english muffin half.
