Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies Czech Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 1/2 cups rolled oats

Preparation

Beat egg whites till stiff.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add egg yolk.
Add cocoa and oats.
Fold in egg whites.
Drop on greased baking sheets by teaspoon.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
