Potato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 (12 ounce) package frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 cup shredded swiss cheese
    1 -2 green onion, chopped
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 dash hot sauce
    paprika
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients; stir well.
    Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch pieplate; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
    Sprinkle bacon evenly on top; bake an additional 5 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
