Mexican Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups unsifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups sugar
20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
2 eggs
1 cup nuts, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
In large mixing bow, gently stir together all ingredients by hand until well combined.
Pour into a greased and floured 13x9-inch pan and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
