Ritz Crunch Topped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

2 teaspoons melted butter
1/3 cup crushed Ritz cracker
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 large ripe tomatoes
Preparation

cut each tomato into 10 wedges.
in a small bowl mix together 2 tablespoons melted butter, crackers cheese and parsely and set aside.
in a two quart casserole add rest if butter, caraay seed.
salt pepper and onion.
add cheese mixture and bake on 300 for thrity minutes.
