Freda Marie'S Dijon Viniagrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    1 shallot, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
    In a bowl add garlic, shallot, mustard, and vinegar.
    Whisk all together until blended.
    Add olive oil in a steady stream while whisking continuously.
    Add honey, salt, and pepper to taste.
    Enjoy w/your salad.
