Ingredients

250 g dried apricots
400 g condensed milk (or less)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut
1 -2 tablespoon sherry wine
1 grated orange, rind of
extra coconut
Preparation

mince apricots and place in bowl.
add other ingredients and mix well.
form into balls and roll into coconut (if needing a thicker consistency to form balls just add extra coconut).
store in fridge.
