Coconut And Jam Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 cup coconut
    1 cup white sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 pinch salt
    frozen tart shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    To your tart shell, add 1 teaspoons of jam. Cover with coconut mixture. Bake at 350 until browned.
