Chicken Tarragon (Crock Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1/3 cup flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon leaves tarragon
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry
    Combine flour with salt and pepper Coat chicken with mixture
    Separate onion slices into rings and place in bottom of crock pot
    Add seasoned chicken pieces
    Sprinkle with tarragon
    Stir orange juice into mushrooms and add to crock pot
    Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours (HIGH 4 hours).
