Thick Protein Power Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package vanilla flavored protein powder (I like meta-rex)
    1 cup skim milk
    1 banana
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen raspberries
    4 ice cubes
Preparation
    In a blender, blend together the protein whey and milk until it looks thick.
    Add the bananna, strawberries and rasberries.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add ice and blend until it reaches a constistance you like.
