Granny'S Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast
    1 (2 lb) bag sauerkraut (I like Hatfield brand)
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Sear pork roast in a skillet.
    Transfer to roasting pan. Pour Sauerkraut over pork and pour Worcestershire sauce over everything.
    Bake in the oven for 2-3 hours or until center of roast reaches 170 degrees F.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and corn.
