Taco Surprise Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 avocado, mashed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
salt and pepper
Toppings
1 -2 cup lettuce, shredded
1 -2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 - 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 - 1/2 cup sliced black olives

Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients together with a mixer.
Spread onto a large platter.
Then top with topping ingredients in order given.
Serve with tortilla chips.
