Caviar Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    2 tablespoons red caviar, small size
    1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon lemon rind, fresh grated
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly grated
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Stir gently, chill until ready to serve.
    Just before serving, spoon into serving bowl and garnish with some caviar and slivers of lemon rind.
