The All-Day Protein And Energy Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
    3/4 cup low-fat milk
    3/4 cup fiber rich oatmeal
    1/2 grapefruit, juice of
    1 whole tangerine (without skin)
    1/2 banana
    2 teaspoons peanut butter
    2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder
    1 tablespoon honey
    4 ice cubes
Preparation
    Mix everything in a blender (first liquids, then solids) and blend to desired texture.
    Taste it.
