Vegetable Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    2 cups white rice, cooked & cooled
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 cup carrot, shredded
    1/4 cup green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, chill and eat!
