Simple Chicken Or Turkey Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 lemons, juice of
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup water

Preparation

Melt sugar in butter, whisk in other ingredients and use to marinade poultry at least one hour.
Can also be used for cooking poultry in the crockpot with no marinade time (omit water.).
