Dees Mexican Homefries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons oil
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    2 potatoes, cut into half then 1/3, cut into chunks
    1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
    1 chili, minced
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 teaspoon parsley, dried
    1/2 teaspoon cilantro, dried
Preparation
    Fry onions in oil.
    Add potatoes.
    Add peppers.
    Add spices; stir; do not let it burn.
    Add garlic and herbs.
    Cover cook on low until browned.
