Lemon-Feta Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces feta cheese
    3 tablespoons plain yogurt
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 garlic clove
Preparation
    Make the dressing: Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until the mixture reaches a smooth and pourable consistency -- about 2 to 3 minutes. Store covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
