Cream Cheese Block - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil, drained, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, chopped finely
    8 ounces cream cheese
Preparation
    On med heat add a little of the sun dried oil to a skillet and saute the garlic for 1 min, then add the sun dried tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over cream cheese and serve with crackers.
