Canadian Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large potato, diced
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/4 cup carrot, finely chopped
    1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
    1 cup water
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
    1 cup American cheese, grated
    1/2 cup heavy cream
Preparation
    Cook the vegetables until they are tender.
    Once the vegetables are tender, add the rest of the ingredients.
    Let simmer for 25 - 30 minutes.
