Peppered Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup coarsely chopped almonds
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    3/4 teaspoon sugar
    3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Stir all ingredients in small baking pan to coat almonds.
    Arrange in single layer.
    Bake until coating is crisp and almonds are toasted, stirring occasionally, about 12 minutes.
    Cool.
