Easy Scrambled Egg Bagel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup egg creations original liquid egg, well shaken
    2 tablespoons part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper
    1 whole wheat bagel, sliced and toasted
    1 teaspoon gay lee spreadables butter
    sliced tomatoes
    lettuce (optional)
Preparation
    Combine liquid eggs, cheese, salt and pepper in 4-cup glass measuring cup or bowl. Cover with plastic wrap leaving a small space open for venting. Microwave on 70% power (medium-high) for 1 minute. Remove and stir. For slightly runnier eggs, microwave for 1 minute longer, or for firmer eggs, microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds longer.
    Remove eggs and let stand for 30 seconds.
    Spread toasted bagel with butter and top with eggs. Add tomatoes and lettuce if desired.
