Vinegar And Tomato Barbeque Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 pinch celery seed (or Beau Monde)
1/2 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons regular paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
2 cups ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
salt, as needed
Preparation

In a 12-inch saute pan, cook the onion till lightly gold, or slightly dark.
Add all remaining ingredients, and simmer gently for 30 minutes, uncovered, can cover, if desired.
Cool, and place into a container, put into the refrigerator to store.
