Casserole With Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 (32 ounce) cans black-eyed peas with jalapenos, drained
    2 cups rice, cooked
    1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup onion, minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 garlic clove, crushed
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Combine all ingredients in 13X9X2 casserole.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
    Serve.
