Ingrid'S Top Secret Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground sausage
    1 lb ground beef
    2 garlic cloves, minced fine
    1/2 onion, minced fine
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons mccormick's McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
Preparation
    Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
    Dump everything into a bowl and dig in with your hands. Make sure you work it enough so that all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
    Shape mixture into balls. (I use an ice cream scoop to portion it all out so that all of them are the same size.).
    Place the finished balls on a cookie sheet or in a shallow casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
