Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb bulk pork sausage
    6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Divide the sausage into six portions; flatten each.
    Shape each portion around an egg.
    Roll in beaten egg then in cornflake crumbs.
    Place ona rack in a baking pan and bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, turning every 10 minutes.
