Avocado Mayonnaise (No Dairy!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe avocado
    1 tablespoon rice milk or 1 tablespoon oat milk
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    mash avocado.
    stir in with other ingredients.
    or.
    use food processor.
    add dash of hot sauce if desired and paprika and salt are to taste -- not always 1/4 teaspoons.
    makes 1/2 cup.
