Thoroughbred Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ounces Bourbon
    1 1/2 ounces peach puree
    1 ounce lemon juice
    3 dashes Angostura bitters
    splash club soda
    crushed ice
    1 slice candied ginger, for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Pour ingredients one by one in a glass; add crushed ice and stir until outside of the glass is frosty.
    Makes 1 drink.
