Artichoke & Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1 lb longhorn cheese or 1 lb rat cheese, grated
    6 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Place artichokes on bottom of a greased 8x8 pan; top with grated cheese.
    Pour beaten eggs over cheese; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, serve.
