Fragrant Fish Fillets In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb white fish fillet
    1 lime, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 dash cumin
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Place fish in the middle of a double layer of heavy foil.
    Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with all other seasonings.
    Fold up foil edges and seal well.
    Place on grill (hot coals) or broil for 15-20 minutes.
