Orange-Creamsicle Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 quart Orange sherbet
2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup superfine sugar
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
orange slice, garnish

Preparation

In blender, in batches if necessary, process orange sherbet, orange juice and sugar until smooth.
Divide among tall glasses.
Top each with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream; garnish with orange slices, if desired.
