Crock Pot Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
    8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
    2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup, low sodium
    1 (2/3 ounce) packet zesty italian dressing seasoning
    16 ounces rotini pasta
    1 cup milk
Preparation
    Combine soup, cream cheese, milk and seasoning in crock pot.
    Stir until combined.
    Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and add to crock pot.
    Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Drain and add to crock pot mixture.
    Top with grated parmesan if desired. (it's always desired in my house).
