Smokey Paste For Pulled Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup ground black pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoons ground coriander
liquid smoke
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add enough liquid smoke to make a paste.
Rub into meat and allow to marinate at least overnight.
