Cheddar Filled Beef Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Meat Mixture
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
Filling Mixture
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons water
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients listed for the meat mixture.
Mix well.
Shape into an 8x14 rectangle on foil or a piece of plastic wrap.
Combine all the ingredients listed for the filling mixture.
Pat cheese mixture over meat.
Roll up in jellyroll fashion and chill overnight or for several hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice meat roll into 6 rolls.
Bake in a shallow pan for 25 to 30 minutes.
