Basic Bulgur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups bulgur wheat
    4 cups water
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Bring the water to a boil.
    Add the salt and the bulgur.
    Cover.
    Turn the heat to low, so that it's simmering.
    Let simmer for 15 minutes, until all the water is absorbed.
    Enjoy!
